RICHARD ENTRIKEN WAS TAKEN FROM US TRAGICALLY ON JANUARY 26, 2008. HE JUST TURNED 60 YEARS OLD IN DECEMBER AND WAS THE HAPPIEST IN HIS LIFE DOING WORK WITH 1ST STEP SOBER HOUSE WHICH HE FOUNDED WITH PARTNER, CHRIS DOHERTY. HE WAS WELL LOVED BY SO MANY BUT TO HIS FAMILY HE WAS THE BEST HUSBAND, FATHER AND FRIEND WE COULD HAVE EVER ASKED FOR.
I PRAY THAT THE 3 MEN WHO KILLED HIM ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE; IT WILL NOT BRING THE LOVE OF MY LIFE BACK BUT MAY START A PROCESS OF HEALING; I WILL FOREVER KEEP HIM IN MY HEART....
To Elizabeth Entricken, I am your Godmother
I am in NYC, an old friend of her mother Denise Dalton & "CHICKIE" Richard Entricken. I am the Godmother of Elizabeth and held Denise's hand as she gave birth to Elizabeth. I was the first person to hold her at birth, as Denise said, "give her to Claudia". I held Elizabeth when she was less than one minute old. I am sure she has grown into a beautiful woman. I am sorry about your father, I knew him since the early 70s.
I even lived with Richard and Denise at your Grandmother's NYC apartment, 25 Central Park West.

Shocked and Upset
Sandra, Courtney, and Lindsey We are all very upset to hear of Richards death. Megan just let us know today after discovering your loss by visiting Lindsey's MySpace page.Please accept our sincere condolences. Richard was so generous to me with all his help I could never have repaid him for all he done for me and my family.I feel bad I just found out some 7 months after his death. You all are in our prayers and We miss you very much.

I know inmy heart that Richard is in Heaven with at God's side; watching over his friends, loved ones & anyone who met him. His legacy will forever remain in all who were touched by him. God bless you Richard!!
I know it won't offer you any consolation but we all know what it's like to loose someone that you can't imagain life without. I pray that you will be able to kiss the rest of your family goodnight and your heart be at peace.
